"Dear Kevin,
The much anticipated visit of the Duchess of Cambridge to Hospice Waikato’s Rainbow Place did not disappoint the many patients, carers, family members and staff who gathered eagerly at the Gallagher Family Hospice last Saturday. The weather was kind to us and we even had a rainbow early Saturday morning. The venue for the Gallagher Children’s party was befitting a princess and the children were delighted and entertained by the Mad Hatter, a cheeky Pirate, Kermit the Frog, the Prince Frog, a giant white rabbit and many more fanciful fairy tale characters. Not to mention the real live Duchess in her fabulous green coat dress.
We are writing today to thank you for your part in this very special occasion. Because of your contribution to the day we were able to give Rainbow Place children and their families a ‘once in a life time experience’.
For those of you who are kindly donating your services we will be sending you shortly a certificate commemorating and acknowledging your part in this very special day. We can also send this to you in a format suitable for putting on your Facebook page so that you can promote your involvement to your clients.
We continue to strive to provide our services free of charge to the Waikato and your support is very much appreciated."

The equipment hired exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful welcome to the event on Sunday 24th March 2013 at the Te Rapa Sportsdrome as the participants and family/friends numbered around approximately 200. The sound system, particularly the Bose speakers made a big difference in ensuring competitors were where they needed to be throughout the day. The roaming mic also gave the announcers flexibility when moving freely around the stadium and as a result, all competitors and officials were well informed of event times and urgent announcements attended to effortlessly.
Your establishments customer service made the experience seamless so thanks once again to yourself and your team for assisting us with running another fantastic event.
Another event has been planned for June this year and once dates are secured I will let you know asap.

From the beginning you were very accommodating to us with in our budget and then visiting the site to set up at the beginning as well as pick up at the end. That was a great help to me with the amount of equipment supplied.
The system worked well and served our needs well. It was particularly useful to have the Bose speakers that were able to be left out in the weather throughout the event. Also having a total of 10 wireless mics supplied was just what was required for the Drama that was put on each night. The sound was excellent for music as well as good intelligibility for speech.
The whole package of sound and lighting was easy to use and was very much a factor in the success of the event.
